Absolutely! We have extensive experience in planning and executing multi-day events, including conferences, festivals, and destination weddings. What is your policy on sustainability and eco-friendly events?
Sustainability is a core value at Pacific Rim Event Planning. We prioritize minimizing environmental impact by using eco-friendly materials, reducing waste, and sourcing locally whenever possible. How do you charge for your event planning services?
Our pricing structure varies depending on the type of event, its size, and the level of service required. We provide full-service packages, à la carte options, and hourly consulting to suit your planning needs. Is a deposit required to secure your services?
Yes, we typically require a deposit of 50% of the estimated total cost to secure your event date and begin planning. The balance will be due in stages leading up to the event. What is your cancellation policy?
To secure a date and time for an event, a non-refundable retainer fee of 50% of the package must be paid in advance. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event. For reservations made within 21 days of the event, a 100% non-refundable payment is required.
As outlined in our contract, cancellations made closer to the event date may be subject to a higher cancellation fee.
